These clips are from a documentary about the planning and development of Vision City --- a multi-billion dollar, high-end cultural resort destination to be built in Las Vegas. The documentary was composed of interviews with experts involved with the project, CGI renderings of the proposed designs for the property, and existing and new film and video footage.
